If I could give 10 stars, I would. Technician Rick (Sales Rep Brian O.), was quick and thorough repairing the windows, and did an amazing job cleaning up the broken glass that was scattered all over my computer, on my desk, in my paper folders and files, etc, plus the furniture and rug.
Rick was totally considerate of my concerns in not allowing my cats to get outside, by making sure he closed doors behind him, and watched closely, that none slipped out with him.
In addition, the price was right; my insurance company recommended them, and gladly accepted their charges. I highly recommend Southgate Glass and especially Rick to anyone in need of any type glass repair / replacement.

John & I recently visited Southgate Glass in Carmichael to look for replacement glass shower doors for our Master Bathroom shower.The Sales Rep. Brian waited on us,he is very professional and polite and he helped us pick out the correct shower door for our home. Rick Moore the Technician installed our shower doors this morning and he is extremely professional and nice. We would recommend this business and staff to anyone needing quality glass in their home.

Just had Steven E. from Southgate Glass in Carmichael replace my bay windows, he did a fantastic job! Clean, very reliable and on-time to do the job! Nice guy very honest and will help in any way he can. Having them come back to do other windows in the house in the very near future. I would completely recommend him to anyone.

We are preparing our house to sell and had several windows where glass had to be replaced because of broken seals and several required screens to be replaced. In addition we had a sliding glass door that we thought would have to be replaced. We contacted Southgate Glass (SG) in Carmichael because we had had work done by them previously. Steve, a technician with 14 yrs experience with SG, came and took all the details and measurements. He also provided a cost effective solution to our slider. A couple of days later we were given an estimate. We considered it very reasonable and decided to proceed with the work. Steve arrived on time and worked all day to complete this rather confusing job because of all the windows and rooms involved. We are very pleased with results. Steve deserves an A+ because of his attention to detail and professionalism. We highly recommend SG Carmichael and will definitely use them in the future.

Hope you are having a great week..I thought I would provide you with some feedback on service received from your staff. Specifically Matt H and Fransisco. I have ordered a shower door a few months ago and I am currently in the process of ordering a tub enclosure and shower enclosure. Fransisco is very professional and does an excellent job of measuring and installing..Matt H had helped me both times and he is extremely customer oriented and easy to work. I have recommended both of them to my relatives and friends.

Tried to replace rollers on my closet mirror doors. Bought my parts from Rafael asked him if there were any tricks into removing the rollers and putting new ones on. Rafael talked me though it and I said I got it. No brainier, ya right after 2 hours I still could not get the new rollers on correctly. Called Southgate Glass they told me to bring the door down and they would put it on, get there Rafael tells me no problem he put the rollers on with in 5 minutes. Great customer service.
